This morning we took Maura to her first parade in downtown McKinney.  She loved watching all the firetrucks, motorcycles, and especially the horses!

Hilton Head Vacation!

We just got back from an amazing week at the beach with the entire Karlowicz family.  We rented a house in Hilton Head, SC, right on the beach...It was so good to get to see everyone and relax...I realized how blessed we are to have such an incredible family!

Maura running to the beach our first night there, she had no fear and you would have thought she had been there before!!!  She loved the water and playing, but more so, loved the freedom of being able to run around the open beach!

Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's day to my wonderful dad, father-in-law, all the other dads out there, and Eddie.  Maura is a very lucky girl to have such a fun daddy!!  For his father's day gift, we decided to get some pictures taken of Maura using some of his military stuff as props, especially since we haven't done that since her newborn pics!!  They were fantastic!! Godson Jake is Christened!

Me and Maura got to take a vacation to visit my nephew, her cousin, Jake!  He was being baptized in Maryland and as the godmother, we went to celebrate!  It was such a fun weekend catching up with our "up north" family that we don't get to see very often and to also get to see my brother and sister in law with their daughter, Marin!

Summer is here!!!

Well, I've finally decided to create a blog to update what we are up to these days!! Maura is keeping us very busy!! Summer vacation has started, which means I get to be a stay at home mom for the next two months.  We've started off this stay at home time with some fun activities!  Look and see!
